what are the differentses in the cylinder heads besides the exhaust valves.I know they are bigger then the ones on the 7mge but is their anything else different cause i want to build a 7mgte and want to know what mod do i need to do with my n/a block cause i was wondering if i need to bore out the cylinders or can i use a n/a block with a gte head?I hope this makes sense.

I was thinking of taking my dads 7mgte head and putting it ontop of the n/a block.ofcorse with all the turbo trimings like ecu and harness ect,ect.

As Poodles said, they are exactly the same except for the intake cam.

Yes but its recommended to get a metal headgasket at this point

turbo feed and drain for block, knock sensors, oil squirters, lower compression pistons...

Lots of differences in the blocks...
