7m Direct Injection nitrous plate

I am interested in making a nitrous plate similer to this one in the pic that will sandwich between the upper and lower intake manifolds. It will be pre jetted and easy to install. It is just an idea right now and I hope to sell them for around $150 as a direct bolt on for any wet nitrous application. I could also do one for 2jz/1jz. I could do them in 50, 100, 150 shot applications. I want some feedback and ideas first before I try to develop this.

any balance issues with a design like that? looks like cylinder #1 would get more than #2, etc. also, would this restrict the intake and/or cause flow issues?

only way i see that being semi-reasonable is if you plumbed it from both ends, smaller jets on the ones closest to the source then larger ones towards the middle

but damn that would be hard to calculate properly

wouldn't the vacuum of the intake suck out the nitrous, and if the holes are all the same size, then the flow would be about even...

I think it would be best to make one that would go between the TB and Intake Mani like I've seen on Mustangs and LS1's. I think it would be more efficient and evenly distributed.

Most plates do not use the pass thru tube any longer. Most all have passages built into the plate and do not interrupt the flow air. Such as nearly all NX plate kits made. 6 individual nozzles vrs a spraybar, I would take the 6 individual nozzles in most 6 cyl direct port kits everytime.

Eventually it'll equalise but the initial hit is going to be horrible distribution.

I thought the same thing about the even distribution on the inital hit, I don't know how uneven it would be. I don't think by much or at least not enough to be dangerous. I have seen simaler designs used with success. But I was also thinking about taking and using the same plate and just drill and tap in nozzles on the bottom so you could just make direct port a bolt on instead of having to ruin your manifold. I really like this design because it is low profile and great for the N/A guys.

It would only suck what was left from the tube to the valve that isn't much.

I could see plumbing this from both sides to distribute the hit evenly, but I am not sure on how much more efficent that is.
