Run that VIN and see how many accidents/owners and miles are on the car. It said 17 records so there is pleanty of history there to help you make a decision.
Also, it's very hard to believe there is a "new" 7M-GE (N/A) motor in there with 8000 miles. Maybe the guy meant 80,000 OR it was somewhat rebuilt 8000 miles ago. You have to get more facts.
