5spd Shifter hardware on tranny tunnel

I was looking at this picture as I was completing my swap. Is there no metal washer type bracket/plate that fits over that large rubber boot (3355G Boot) that bolts to the tranny tunnel? I would imagine there is. I cant see the 4 bolts holding that boot in place without leaks.

No, as that's a seperate boot.

You need them all. 33555F in that pic covers up the actual shifter joint. 33555G wraps around 33555F and seals it the the tunnel. 58286 in that other link is the ring that holds it all down, as well as a second seal and noise insulator. You then have the leather (or faux leather) boot that goes over all that.

Nice, thanks guys.... So im missing a thick rubber boot insulator that has the seal plate. I'll start the search tomorrow. at least the car has been swapped to 5spd. Now all I have to do is redo the brake system, replace the steering rack and this car will be good to daily drive!
