i ran the lex/550 combo for over a year on an SP61GT up to 18 psi with out issue and was still pig rich.

that said get it tuned with a WB02 and the safc to see the best power out of the setup. an AFPR is STRONGLY recommended for added flexibility.

most people run the AFPR to bypass the J tube all in one mod...

the J tube will make you run horribly rich with a walbro...

LoL so maybe thats could be the reason why so many supra owner in my area are spitting dragon fire out of there exhaust because of no tuning haha.

Ok in real term would running this pig rich be causing exhaust spitting flames? I notice allot of supra in my area doing that. I can't seem to figure out if its because they are running anti-lag or because its actually pig rich no tuning.

If you heard an anti-lag system, you would know it.

Or if you want to be told flat out. Running rich will cause back fire, Its all the extra gas going through the motor into the exhaust. For the combo you can't go wrong with running a wideband. AEM is the best for the money.

yeah i dont need a wideband though because i found a tuning shop up in albany ny and they got it with the dyno and whatnot..i just want to get it all in and drive it there and let them do what they gotta do to tune it.and how doi bypass the j tube and also.. if im just bringing it somewhere to get tuned should i still block off the j tube.. im gonna get the 255 walbro though too

Its just a tube with a restrictive part to it. Run a fuel line directly from one side of the fuel return to the other instead of having the J in the loop.

There are sponsors on here that sell flat plates that go where the J tube goes so that you don't have a useless tube sitting there. But its not required

i noticed you said "up in albany". does that mean you're south of albany? if so, where?

I run a wideband basically so that I know what is going on with the motor. Just like you wouldn't run a turbo without a boost gauge so that you could monitor it. Shit happens and its nice to get a warning when it does.
