ok so i completely redid the block so its like new with JE pistons, Eagle rod, clevite bearings, titan metal headgasket i believe around 1.2mm not sure would have to look. arp head studs. toyota rebuilt the head before i picked it up. stock inter-cooler, apexi safc, autometer boost gauge, turboxcess boost controller, hks fcd, 3" turbo back exhaust. the motor is being swapped into a N/A car with turbo ecu/harness/all that good stuff. I'm looking into turbos and im trying to find the best one for my application, the car is gonna be driven everyday and i set my hp goals to 500 as safely as possible on 93-94 octane. also cause its gonna be a street car i dont want to hit boost to high in the rpm range so its not just fun on the high way or were i can really open it up. what do you suggest?

and your gonna have to get an aftermarket intercooler and hardlines, the stock ones will blow out if you try boosting to 20psi and the intercooler has a 3psi pressure drop at 6.8psi so i'm pretty sure it wont flow enough for you to reach 500hp

AEM stand-alone or similar system will be easier to reach the lofty #'s on pump gas too. At least make it alot safer for your motor!:icon_razz

ITs going to be tough on pump gas. But with a little more boost and a little racegas, any 61mm turbo should make 500rwhp easily on a healthy 7M.
