Well, it's done, at least this stage is. If you're not familiar with my setup just check the CarzCustom linked. But for now, i thought i would let you guys know that i'm up and running.

For right now, the boost is ALL over the place. Then Boost Control has not been setup b/c i decided to get used to this power and then go from there. It's safe enough i don't see antyhign ofer 1Bar.

Once the boost controller is setup and i find another power sttering rack and get the battery finally mounted down, then it's off to find some trouble.

More info about the shop and process can be found at CarzCustom

I can't thank the guys at CarzCustom enough.

Nice job dude! Are you running right off the spring or what? That's odd that boost is all over the place... More pics! ;)

yeah, we're running off wastegate only. And since it's a 6lb spring and nothing to really control it, that's the reason for it bouncing.

A-ha. What kind of diameter is the wastegate? As I understand, larger diameter is better for controlling low boost (such as 6lbs), whereas smaller is better for higher, but that's moot cuz you ran to 14psi anyhow. Just rambling over here, heh. Any more pics?? :D

The wastegate is a Greddy Type-S. From memory is like a 32mm wastegate. And with a very small spring. So, i didn't really expect it to hold boost that well in the first place. I intended on having the AEM control boost, which it wil do easily.

Nick, i'm still in CO. Right now i'm on vaction iwith my family in Memphis. So, i don't know how oftern i'll be able to get to a computer.
