If your going to write down part #s, go to the link and click on the part number, it will give you a 10 digit number, a parts guy will look at you crazy like, unless the part number has this format... xxxxx-xxxxx.

I highly doubt i need 31 parts to mount the 3 piece spoiler. Thats whats confusing me.

How do i need 31? Theres the two 90 degree pieces on the spoiler itself, then 4 of those on the winglets, then theres clips for the rivets on the winglets. I can get the gaskets and 90 degree pieces easy, i just have no idea what goes on the rivets for the winglets.

So your starting with nothing? Mounting holes pre drilled?
It is allot of parts, but if you want it to function, seal, fit and install like stock, then all of them are needed. There are many ways to hack it together though.

I have the mounting holes for the main center piece spoiler drilled. Im waiting for the winglets because i dont know what size of hole to drill. But yes, starting with nothing. All i need is the part number for the clips for the rivets on the winglets and ill be fine.

And Kevin, I already tried going to the dealer ship for all of the hardware, and they stared at me like i just traveled through time.

Thats because you asked for clips and rivets. Looking at that picture you cant tell what is needed to install the side pieces? Its everything under the side spoiler X2 (sans the seal).

You should really go to a junkyard or find someone that already has one, you could remove. It obviously mounts completely different than you imagine.

The two part numbers near that piece that start with 9 are screws. To find the part number you need. Go to the electronic parts catalog (link at the top of post 4) and click on the partial part number. It will take you to a page that will give you the complete part number.

As you found out a S with a circle around it is a fastener of some sort. You want the part number with a line pointing directly at the part you need. In this case it comes with a screw.
