Can you use a 2jzgtte with auto tranny and auto ecu/harness then use the engine for a manual w58 tranny?? What do i need to make the auto 2jzgtte to make it manual?? And is it hard and expensive.. I saw a 2jz auto for $1500 so i was thingking about it.. Thnx for the help in advance..

Yes you can use the 2j auto ecu to run manual. By buddy just bought a 2jzgte auto for 1700 then bought a R154 and converted to manual. His is running fine.
To go w58 (which I don't reccomend cause they are weak)
youll need:
w58 to jz bellhousing
flywheel
clutch
pressure plate
w58 driveshaft
lines
slave cylinder.
If your mk3 isn't manual stock you'll also need:
master cylinder
clutch pedal
brake pedal
shifter
etc
