hey i have question it might be kinda stupet ok. why do you have to do the mod the wiring harnnes with the 7mgte dont you just wire it with the origenal 2jzgte wire and ecm and it should start right the only thing that shouldnt work is the gauges inside or im wrong can some one explan that:1zhelp::1zhelp::1zhelp::1zhelp::1zhelp::1zhelp:

2jzge- you can use the 7m turbo electronics and it will plug n play like you mentioned. All the guages will work if you swap over the 7m sensors/switches to your 2jzge motor.
2jzgte- You can plug everything up to your engine n ecu but you'll still need power, IG S/W, Main Rel, and other necessities to power/input the ecu and also none of your body plugs match up.
That goes offer it vaguely but there are alot of threads on how to get a 2jz swapped over in an MK3 and quite a few builds threads as well.
