I may have goofed up. I put assembly lube on both sides of the bearings on the mains. When searching the tsrm for torque specs, it says only put it on the rotating side and not the back. Should I start back over or is there any real harm in doing this?

start over. no lube between mains and bearings,just bearing and crank

Yeah, if you start it with the lube between the block and bearing, you could very well spin the bearing.

Definitely go from scratch. Good luck! I have to take mine to be decked and hot tanked
