Hey, Ive spent some time searching for a wiring diagram for the 2JZ Oval style alternator and I found this on http://wilbo666.pbworks.com/w/page/39441708/Toyota%20Alternators:
It seems like its the 7M plug on the left, and the oval in the middle seems like the one that I have for my 2jz alternator. But when i Search for the partnumbers on toyodiy.com it doesnt recognize either of the two numbers for the round 7m plug, and when i search the part number for the oval in the middle, no Aristo or supra pops up, nothing 2jz'ed at all, only newer models http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/xref?s=90980-11349&mU=on&mE=on&mJ=on&mG=on

I know this is right for the 7m plug, but can anyone confirm that the oval plug on the wiring diagram photo above is the one used for my 2JZ?
