2jz in a 86.5 supra

ok guys this is my thrird mkiii second 86.5 anyways im pulling my 72k miles jdm 7mge outta car with trans ecu and wiring to sell and i wanna swap a 2jz na-t into my mkiii i got a 2jz outta 9 sc300 angine ecu wiring harness. will i have to send both harness to dr tweak or will it kinda be a plug and play im swapping a w58 trans behind it and gonna add a single gt45 turbo so any advice on doing this swap please let me know
