will the 2jz gte cams fit into the ge? i have heard some say they will with light machine work... does anyone the extent of the work that has to be done. i know that the gte has a cas and the ge has a dizzy so i also wondering if the front plate off the 1jz which houses the crank angle sensor will bolt onto the 2jz-ge block?.

I'm pretty sure that the 2JZGTE cams will fit right into the 2JZGE head with no modification. If you're running the Dizzy or the 7M CPS then you're stuck with the GE exhaust cam.
