This is what happens with cheap rubber hoses. I have all three plys silicone except for this one ... > :icon_evil
Thank god for ATP Turbos shop on the next street over :), I got the silicone hose..
HEy it brought the neighbours out ... lol

PS: Krish - (91MK3) ...those are some pretty fingers... lol

Lol, upgrade to silicone hoses. I finally got my crank pulley out but I dont think I'm going to change the front main seal since it looks as though I need special gaskets to replace if i do. And if you look at the crankshaft, it looks as though the tool dug into it lol.

No special gaskets, all silicone from Toyota.:biglaugh:

Seriously? It looks as though like a gasket that's metal or something in the TSRM. I have silicone gasket maker sitting next to the engine that I used for the rear main seal. Is Kris at your house right now?

damn you guys :) i used a cheap elbow like that for a while on my 7m but it could handle 6-7psi Lol. its kind of cool though hehe

oh yeah and Use some plastic polish to get rid of that writing they put on your valve cover, worked sooo well for me on mine :)

I have another turbo that has the 90 welded, unfortunately, it Does not fit well in my setup. 3 ply 90 works good in this particular, temporary setup. :)
