So In August of 2010 I purchased a 1990 Supra N/A with a 2JZ swap already in it. Whoever did the swap cut some corners on a few things that I will have to clean up as I go, but it's overall pretty clean and its a good start. The shell only has 4x000 miles on it, so the interior is pretty damn clean...burgundy...but clean.

The car came with a freshly built r154 with marlin crawler parts, a supposedly "new" clutch, what looks to me a driftmotion 67mm turbo kit, Safc controller, front mount intercooler, and an Apexi N1 muffler on a straight pipe.

Since then I've been slowing modding it as money and time allow...manily money since my friend does most of the mechanical work.

So far whats be purchased and has gone on.....
New Steering Rack
Valve Stem Seal Kit
Spec Stage 3 clutch (supposed new clutch was completely shot)
Spec Billet Steel Flywheel(said clutch was shot so bad one of the bolts ran a groove into the flywheel)
ARP Flywheel bolts, and OEM Pressure Plate Bolts
Megan Racing Coilovers
Power Steering Rebuild Kit and Driftmotion Line (previous owner slobbed silicone all over it and was leaking EVERYWHERE)
Optima Yellow Top
Driftmotion Brake Lines, and Porterfield R4-S pads (owner already had some drilled and slotted rotors...eventually they will go and be upgraded)

I also picked up a backup interior to refinish in black so that burgundy go! I started on painting the plastic pieces last night and today. Started with a really nasty piece to make sure the paint was any good and it was going to be worth my time.

8k doesnt seem too bad at all from the pics. With only 40k on the clock it would tempt me just to put it in the garage. Almost too nice to drive it. Throw on Barrett Jackson in 5 or 10 years!!!

So far it's coming out WAY better than I had expected. I bought the backup interior thinking there was no way it was going to turn out well. I've gotten through about 15 or so misc plastic panels and it looks perfectly stock. The color stays, I tried to scratch it off and it doesn't go anywhere. I just started on some of the vinyl pieces last night. Those I'm less concerned with. If they don't dye well, I will just recover them. All that said....it's a giant pain in the ass. So much prep, and waiting. I'm very glad I got a spare interior to work with.

Man you are really close to me I'm in Kennesaw Ga. If you don't want some of that maroon interior I'll gladly take it off your hands that way I can finish my interior restoration.
