Does anyone know where I should look to get a cluster that goes up to 280km/hr? I don't really know where to look and they aren't that common.

Cool, thanks for the posts. Any ideas if there were any countries that have them in a LHD cluster? I noticed this one has one light for the brake.
If I were to buy this one I would only be able to use the face because my car is LHD, and that would throw the reading off wouldn't it. I would think that the spacing between the number would be different from what I have and that face.
I also noticed there was only one light on the face, for the e-brake on warning. We have two on our clusters as you know and I'd have to cut another hole for the other light. Not really a problem though. Mostly concerned about an accurate reading and if there is a country that uses this cluster in a LHD vehicle it would just be plug and play.
