Just went through the press relases and info on it and found a number saying that pre-sales in japan are starting at 7,800,000.00 JPY = 67,843.90 USD. So it stills looks like most ppl won't be able to get ahold of this car.

And your right they should have kept the inline 6. Why can't car companys just leave somethings alone.

I'm sure they will be sold out in no time though. There are plenty of people that can afford that. My brother is making some good money now and he might put his name on the list when the time comes.

Toyota is doing the same thing with the new Supra, minus the turbos. Both the Supra and Skyline are know for the I-6 turbos.

Thats 1 reason why I always liked to compare the 2 cars both are inline 6 and twin turbo. I know that those cars will be gone in no time.

they look nice and i second that i wish they went with I-6 its just... better :) really kills it that they didnt go i-6 but i dont know it seems more than a trend that toyota changed all of their engines in 2005

Agreed. I don't care how good their flappy paddle mechanism is, its still not as enjoyable as a proper manual.

i dont understand why would they do this. no manual and v-6 on top of that.

my current vote on this car is epic failure. :greddy2: :stickpoke

(yea, shoulda kept the I-6, but whatever.)
why? even when they raced the skyline chassis the most successful ones were the VQ30DE with twin turbos...

better weight distribution and a shorter crank

It's the whole concept...Like I said before, the Supra and Skyline are know for their I-6 turbo's.

P.S. aren't you taking a week off here for the crap you were pulling the other day?

24 hours is over
times change, people change, concepts change, are you afraid of change?
