hi im posting this for my friend he wants to know witch engine would be better to put in for a circuit car 1jz,2jz,1.5jz? i im leaning towards the 1.5jz but i hav no clue and im to lazy to search for him cuz i really dont care

i just herd alot about the 1jz being a awsom engine i dont get it cuz the 1jz has no torque and the supra is a heave ass boat but my but is all about the 1jz, i figure 2jz /1.5jz would match up better but my bud wont belive a word i say so i posted this for him

1jz head flowing better is yet another Supra Urban Myth......
(flow tests were done to prove otherwise the 1jz head had higher port velocity but less flow)
2JZ would be my choice.

i think for a circuit car, 1jz will be best. great throttle response and nice powerband.
2jz will run like an on/off switch -- better for drag racing.
