Does anyone else have this problem.?

My exhaust side vavle cover leaks oil on the back side towards the fire wall.. and no matter what I do it always comes back..

Here is what I have done.
New gaskets 3 times. Fixes the oil leak for about 300 miles
I have done it with sealant and with out..
I go back and retorq over and over.
And this last time I used blue thread lock and it lasted a little longer but came back today

The only other thing I can think to do next is. Replace the bolt with new ones..

Or maybe I don't have enough vaccume in the case. My vent is currently open. Not hooked to catch can at this time but will epbe this next week

well it seems like you already know what the problem is :p if you dont have a functioning PCV system it will push out the valve covers if not down past your piston rings...

when you change valve cover gaskets, assuming you do have a functioning PCV system, you need new gaskets, some black or blue rtv (where it is needed), and i would replace the rubber/metal washers on the valve cover bolts...

You will be fine in the PCV department (as far as pushing oil out of the valve covers) as long as the covers are venting properly (Vents out of the valve covers aren't clogged/blocked) unless you have something seriously wrong with your motor. Only tips I can give you are to use a lot of Toyota FIPG (the black stuff) on the spot where you're leaking after cleaning the area very thoroughly, and possibly get some new washers for the bolts?

I just realized this is some of the same stuff the guy above me said, so it must be true, right?

In case you need a third person to say the same thing ......
I would do as these guys say, but make sure that you apply FIPG to the whole area surrounding the half moon at the back of the valve cover.. That means taking it out, cleaning both surfaces, applying FIPG, reinstalling the half moon, applying FIPG to the top of it paying attention to the corners, also applying a dab of FIPG to the corners of the front "hump" or cam cap, then reinstalling the valve cover with a new gasket. I would definitely get actual bolts and throw away those damn philips head bolts that never seem to be able to apply the right amount of pressure.
