from what i understand, no, you have to get a bellhouseing (if your 1jz didnt come with a tranny) that costs about $400.00 there is one of ebay right now, and someone might have one on here, if you look around in the parts for sale area...i might be wrong, but i dont think so

just call champion toyota, i just bought one last week for $300 + shipping. They had one in stock. make sure you ask for jeff though. there is a link to them in the main section.
