1jz swap question

Im doing a 1jz swap in my 86.5 and im changing the tranny to the r154. But the motor i bought came with a at tranny, at ecu and at wiring harness and was wondering how to get around the neutral safety switch. And also was wondering if anybody where to get a valve cover gasket or if any are compatible for it.

im pretty sure the 2j valve cover gaskets can be used

go to www.1jz.com. they have all of the wiring diagrams that show on the connectors which wires are for At and which ones are for MT. You can use the r154 tranny but it has to have the 1jz bellhousing to bolt up.

No what im asking is what do i wire together to bypass the switch. And i know i can use the r154 tranny with the bellhousing

Just bridge the two wires running to the shifter.
