My question is, will the serpentine belt from my 1JZ still fit now that I took the hydrofan off and have installed a MKIV waterpump? Are the pulleys the same overall diameter?

Well don't quote me on this but I think your hydrofan belt will be a little to long. You will probably have to use a mkiv TT belt because I've heard that the mkiv belt doesn't quiet fit on the hydrofan setup but does on the mkiv pump setup. BTW why did u get rid of the wonderful hydrofan?

Well it started when the bearing in my hydrofan pump started making a bunch of noise so I got a used pump off a member on here that was no good so I priced out a new pump from Toyota Japan and to my amazement it was gonna cost me over $900 plus shipping. It came to my realization that a MKIV pump was a bolt on replacement that I could replace 5 times for the cost of 1 hydrofan pump and the e-fans will work just great in the climate I live in as I only get maybe a week of really hot weather in the summer.

I had the hydrofan pump on with that belt before i switched it over to the 2j mech pulley. the hydrofan pulley is slightly larger in diameter, but the tensioner compensates for that easily.
