hello, we have a non-traction control, non-vvti 1jz-gte from a jza70 supra in an s13. used whatever translated fsm's and references found online. also, we've eliminated all unnecessary luxuries (full-race setup).
here is where we are:
we have the wiring connected according to the fsm diagrams, using the stock 1jz circuit opening relay and fuel pump relay. the circuit opening relay turns the fuel pump when the starter is engaged, but i'm not sure if the ecu is getting an 'on' signal to start the motor. i used a test probe to check negative power to the injectors from the ecu and it doesn't seem like it is getting a signal. is there something you could direct us towards from this information that is missing/wrong with the wiring. perhaps a separate 'on' signal for the ecu? we are looking for another ecu locally now that we could test, but any ideas in case the ecu is good?
thanks!
