My 1jz is running rich. I've replaced the sparkplugs and checked the O2 sensor and don't know where else to check besides fuel pressure. Any pointers? Please help!

Check to see if the caps are leaking onto the board. It is a pretty common problem as 17 year old electronics due wear out over time. If you do have leaking capacitors I would suggest you send the ecu to Driftmotion and have him repair them for you.
Also you could have a stuck injector that is making your car run rich. Have you checked the plugs to see if any are wet with fuel?

I have checked the plugs and they are wet with fuel. Just replace them and they got wet again. I found a connector that was back towards the firewall but closer to the driver's side. Any idea what it could go to? i'll post pictures asap to help.
