1JZ Oil Pan Swap

Alright I just wanted to ask a simple question. Did the soarers ever come with a mid/rear sump oil pan? If they did, what years did they have this? I have a 91 soarer and its the 3rd generation body style.

I did some google searching and I've kept getting two different answers.
