They are easy to change, just unbolt the front cover, pop the old ones out and install the new ones. Takes about 2 min total. Of course, thats after you remove the tranny :cry:

its not nice =( its leaking. anyways if you dont have a hydro lift and your stuck with hand tools, it would suck BIG TIME! i had to use hand tools to take off the CAT so i could hollow it out, and the whole exhaust system fell on me while i was under the car. ouch?

Ya, its not too bad, just time consuming. And be careful when you finally release the tranny, its pretty heavy, so dont drop it on yourself lol.

where would you find the r154 seal? and what is it called. i know its the front part of the transmission, but no clue what seal it is
