It probably does, I found I could back the regulator rite down to around 10psi & it still idled fine, the ECU will just adjust (within reason) the injection duration.
It's impossible to tune it exactly without a good wide band & a bit of RR time really. Has your car ever been tuned up & the fuel press set? Wouldn't want to start doubling the pressure without knowing.
I have mine set down real low at the mo on my 1j as its got 540's in running on a walbro & Aeromotive FPR but, I'm just test firing the engine at mo on the stock ECU so, the thing is getting through a bit of fuel! Will get the Solaris guy over in next week or so to hook up the new brain & pop a base map in so I can actually drive it to the test stations, get the suspension geometry aligned then get it down to the RR for a proper tune.
