allright i finished the swap about a 2 month ago. had the head re- done and 2jz cam installed new headgasket and studs. the problem is that coolant is coming out off the overflow. i replaced the cap is it was fine for 2 day. the temp is not getting high and is running fine.

How much coolant is in the coolant over flow tank at cold* before you get in your car in the morning. If you filled it almost the way the coolant fromt he motor could go back into it causing it to over flow. There are marking for hot/cold levels on the overflow tank.
