1JZ Coolant Disappearing?

Hey everybody,

I have a 89 with a 1JZ-GTE/R154 swapped into it. Ever since I first got the swap completed, I've had cooling issues. On a day with a temperature of anything above 20*C my SINGLE 14" fan continuously stays on from the moment my MicroTech tells it to until I turn the car off. I am saving money to get my DriftMotion intercooler pipes redone so that a 2JZGTE Clutch and a 2JZGE fanblade can fit.

But my main problem is that for some reason my coolant keeps disappearing. I have no clue as to where it goes. I have no leaks in my entire cooling system (that I know of cause my car does not drip any fluids). I don't have any signs of a blown headgasket, as my temperatures stay relatively stable, my coolant has no oil in it and vice versa. I have a plastic end-tank stock REPLACEMENT radiator that I desperately want to get rid of as it is a mere 1" thick.

Any ideas as to what my problem can be?

Pressure test the cooling system. If it holds then block test compression test and leak down test.

Pressure test pressurizes the cooling system so you can find leaks.

If the system holds pressure then you need to test for a bhg.

Could my turbos be eating up some water too? Cause I know they're water and oil cooled, also I know they're super old and tired and are puffing slightly. Last year when the motor was swapped into my car the Compression Test came back WELL within Toyota spec all within 2 psi of each other on all 6 cylinders. My car has never over-heated once since then nor do I ever smell coolant coming from the engine. I think one of my rad hoses may be slightly leaking so much so that it's not noticeable. I need new rad hoses anyway.
