I would buy a six puck if I were you, but that's jus my opinion.
Rakkasan has almost the same setup as you and he loves the clutch kit he got from www.driftmotion.com . I have a similar setup as you and my clutch from Aaron held 543rwhp perfectly. I've had flywheel problems before, but I just fixed that with a lightweight flywheel from driftmotion as well. Good luck sir.

So does getting a 6 pluck just make daily driving better and less aggressive over the 4 pluck?

Yes, the more surface area your clutch has, the smoother it's going to be to engage, and the more power it's going to be able to hold. Why people think that their "racing 3 puck" clutch is going to hold any more power then a full-face is beyond me.

And about power handling, it's more about the pressure plate holding the clutch onto the flywheel then about the clutch itself.

i wonder this myself because i do know a lot of people that swear on their lives that they want to upgrade to a 4 puck/3puck and it will be an upgrade...
