1jz automatic tranny sway ?

If I swap a 1j with automatic tranny into my '88 with auto tranny, will the factory driveshaft work? This would be using the BIC motor mounts.

no the 1jz a342e isnt the same as a 2jz a340e. its not a direct swap, however it will bolt up

So I am still debating between the 1J and 2J. From what I can tell, the automatic tranny on the 1J bolts right in (driveshaft, shifter linkage). Does the 2J bolt in? Any other differences I should take into consideration before making my ultimate decision.

I believe the 2jz auto uses a different driveshaft, but don't quote me on that.
