1jz/2jz vs 7m - quick question

Ignoring electronics, turbos, exhaust, etc... do 1jz/2jzs bolt right into a W58 and the original motor mounts?


or, how do they compare size wise?


not really supra related, just motor/trans. Im building a car and im wondering for future reference once the 7m dies or whatever would a JZ bolt right in?

The 2JZ-GE was used with a W58.

No. You need different motor mounts. As Nick said you can get a 2JZ bell housing for a W58 that would also work for a 1JZ.
