1j wiring

ok guys i got everything ready its just a wiring matter. If am using an auto motor what wiring is different? what plugs need to be changed? i also have a 7m tranny (yes i have the 1j bell) will i need to change any thing on that? any other tips i can get about wiring would be great, past problems anything that will help.
