Get yourself a set of ratcheting wrenches, with a flexible head.
If you remove the ISC, throttle cable bracket and other surrounding items, you can reach the top injector holders just barely with the ratcheting wrench.
i would do everything 935motorsports said and also you will see that if you do not have the best prying hands (i dont) i use a smooth flat head screw driver and put it right where the injectors meet the rail. give the screw a smooth gentle turn and the injectors pop right out. no damage and no stress on ur arms.
remember too that some of those old grommets get stuck in there so dig ur finger around and make sure its not left in there.
first time doing it, give urself an hour. just make sure you move all those stuff out of the way near the 6th injector. make life a lot easier.
