is he talking about the Hydro fan Temp sensor or the temp sensor near the water neck???

it's the water temp sensor that's in the water neck next to the temp gauge sensor. Picked up new 2J sensor from Toyota and it still leaks. Anyway, I will try to put some JB weld on it to see if it stop the leaks.

Try thread sealer. That always works. Unless it is stripped out. Youre on your own for that one!

Yeah I was thinking about that (thread sealant) before I weld the sucker.

Thanks.

JB weld, thread sealer.. or fill the threads in a bit with your tig and retap. I had a honda RC51 for a few years and there was an unoffical recall of the gas tank because it would leak. Before i knew of the non recall recall, i used some marine epoxy around the seam under, and it held for 2 years til i sold the bike
