1G-GTE GT30 - Single Turbo Conversion

Hello to everyone,

I own a 1G-GTE 2.0liter twinturbo Supra with digital dash and auto gearbox. Unfortunately the gearbox is not starting with the 1st gear. It starts with 2nd and never kick down.. My mechanic is now trying to fix this problem. Also, the CT12 turbos are dead and my mechanic suggested me to do single turbo conversion with GT30 turbo. After fixing the gearbox problem, we have the following parts to install for single turbo upgrade:

brakes & suspension:

apec brake discs - installed
ebc redstuff ceramic brake pads
TEMS compatible koni (yellow) adjustable shock absorbers - installed and I am very happy with koni, I strongy recommend
TRD lowering springs - installed

engine:

3'' downpipe
apexi power intake
intercooler upgrade 800x300x600
gt30 single turbo conversion with Y pipe
hks super sqv bov
ngk iridium spark plugs
440 cc Supra 7M injectors
255 LPH Fuel Pump
greddy emanage ultimate + multi switching system with two settings: 1st min fuel economy, 2nd max horse power
greddy turbo timer
greddy profec b spec ii boost controller + remote switching system

Well, I am still waiting for the gearbox problem. But I am excited how fast the car will be. How much hp should I expect from this conversion? They will program the emanage ultimate with 7M injectors to gain max horse power. I am expecting to go over 300hp. Should I change something else to reach this power? Is the auto gearbox suitable for this conversion? Can it support 300hp or over? Or, should I go for manuel conversion?

The automatics in these cars can be made to handle some pretty good power levels, but I've always preferred manual myself. As for the 300hp point, depending on the size of the wheels on the turbo you've picked out and the boost levels you intend to run, I can see 300hp out of the 1G.
