Alright guys so I have a 1989 toyota supra with, the non evo steering rack which is brand new. Along with the inner tie rods. Other then that everything else is original. And there is about two inches of play in the wheel when turning in either direction. When you drive it the wheel doesn't 100% grab until turned say if I was going left turning the wheel left past two inches. But it feels like its trying to turn but slips and turns once out of that two inch range any suggestions?

Hard to understand what you are asking but i'd have the outer tie rods checked. Also check the rubber steering rack mounts and steering shaft for a worn out joint.
