1988 supra parts will fit a 1990?

I believe the only issue would be the plug on the radio. The steering wheel and combo switches are very different, but I believe most if not all the other parts are interchangeable

The radio will have the same connectors, but will look different, still it will fit. The 1990 would have the airbag, etc., so that's not as easily swapped over but you could technically use the parts if you really wanted to.

Most of the stuff will fit, there are a few cosmetic differences, and the 1990 has 3-point rear seatbelts.

Looking at replacing the seats, center console, radio, sun visors, and tires and rims. Possibilities are the engine parts such as the battery and alternator, maybe the radiator. Would you say it's worth $200, plus towing fee?

Definitely. you can even part out the car for more money or even out :) don't see why not!
