My diagnostic terminal on my 1987 N/A doesn't have the same abbreviations as the terminals I've read about or seen. I need to check a code because I'm getting a blinking O/D light. I've looked at the threads and the pictures but my diagnostic terminal is laid out differently.
If you go from left to right on mine line by line (1st 2nd 3rd top to bottom) it reads as follows:
1st line-Fp / E1
2nd line-Cco T /
3rd line- +B VF /
Does anyone know which terminals I connect to get the codes from my auto trans? Also, as I understand it electronic problems are what is sending the error code. Can solenoids and the like be changed while the tranny remains in place? I sure appreciate any input on this subject.
