I have searched a bunch, found a little information but not exactly what I need as of yet, so sorry in advance if this has been covered prior!
I purchased a already swapped 1986.5 MK3 Supra, 1JZ Swap. The owner ran the harness to the passenger side of the car and mounted the ECU on the passenger strut tower. This in turn over the years got very wet, very hot and in turn ruined the ECU.
I have kind of read about some guys drilling in holes in the firewall by the speedo cable on the driver side then running the wire through and able to mount the ecu inside the car?
Does anyone have more info, pictures, have tried this or any other solutions on how I can keep my new ecu dry, safe and away from all these elements and preferably back inside the car?
Thanks everyone!
