Should be just fine. Fronts will sit out 5mm from the rims I'll be running soon and the rears will sit out 7mm. Kevin M has the same rims and is running them just fine.

I have those sizes in 18", my front offset is +30 and at full steering lock it rubs a bit when going over bumps, and rarely when hitting a big bump at high speed the fronts will hit the plastic fender liner, but i have larger 245/40/18 tires. 17's will fit great.

Randy - Why did you go with the 40 series tire? This increased your overall diameter by nearly an inch. That is possibly why you are rubbing the liner - not to mention how far off your speedo must be. A 35 series tire would have been just .1" off - as would a 255/35/18.

If you maintain the same overall diameter you shouldn't have any problems - as long as you get the right offset and don't try to go MAD wide like some people do.

Say you want to run 20" rims. Get a set of 245/25/20 tires and you'll decrease your overall circumference by .1" so when your speedo reads 60mph you will actually be traveling at ~59.9mph. If you go with the 255/25/20 you will be traveling at ~60.4mph when the speedo reads 60.

Aspec the +35mm looks nice

I have H&R Springs on my car and they have a 2" Drop to them. Now i am trying to figure out what i can put on the car that will not rub. I would like rims that are 8.5" in the front and 9.5 in the rear as well.

if i went with some 18's with the same offsets that shadow8450 has will i have issues. I don;t know what BIC has for height or suspension.

Also how much of an offset can you use on a 9.5" wide rim in the rear with keeping it look flush but not rubbing someone told me 30mm but will that be to much and stick out from the body of the car? Same question for the front and turning. i have heard so many opinions i am so confussed

The 9's on the back with 275's are going to be pretty close when I put the Eibach springs on. So with 9.5's that extra 1/2 inch is going to have to be to the inside. 42-45mm offset will probably be about right as long as you have the room inside. Otherwise have the fenders rolled and go with a 38-40mm offset.
