www.clearcorners.com <----many years ago. at least 5 or 6. I just checked thier website...they still offer them, looks like they put thier own LED's in them now. I had to get my own LED's. I like the Blue LED marker lights and the White signal lights.

Thanks for the compliment on the paint. I love it (8E3) Dark Blue Mica Metalic!!! That picture was actually taken before I got it repainted. (You can see the spot on the hood where the paint was coming up...looks like a slash).

Cool as hell yes... but I dont know if it could get anymore pointless.

A good set of 6 pistons calipers and 14" rotors would lock up the tires faster than the driver could think twice about it...even with race slicks on, rediculously enormous calipers like these are useless if all your going to do is lock up the wheels instantly, they will slow you no quicker than a good average big brake kit... To slow down as fast as possible you must brake on the threshold of your tires without locking them up... tires are the limiting factor in braking performance, the brakes themselves are second.

Wouldn't those heat up like crazy with all that clamping surface and much less area where the disk is open to the air?

14piston? seems like a waste. huge brakes are worthless if you don't have tires that will hold traction.

locking up your brakes everytime you stop probably isn't fun.

The brakes are Wilwood GNIII 6 piston front calipers over 14x1.38" spirally vented and slotted rotors on alloy hats.

Rears are also done up with Wilwood Forged Billet Dynalite 4 piston calipers over 14x1.25" spirally vented and slotted rotors with steel hats that retain the stock parking brakes inside them.

I bought them from Precision Brakes in Portland, but would not, and will not do business with PB again.

Bigger pads just make them last longer, all things being equal.

Larger rotors however are generally a bonus in a few ways.

Increase in swept area. (More surface area to clamp to/on.)
Increase in effective tourqe. (Think cheater bar on your wrench.)
More are to expose to air flow, and more mass to act as a heat sink.

Calipers like that would be interesting, but can you imagine when it finally does get hot? It would take forever to cool down being so large.
