1200rpm idle

So I've been reading that it's normal for it to idle above 1000 during startup but my idle never goes down, even when it's at normal operating temperature. Any ideas? I haven't tried adjusting it yet.

I haven't heard any sounds but I guess that's possible. Would that be the only reason? I replaced the thermostat about 2 months ago.

The solenoid in the ISC valve may be frozen. Check DTC's.

Just fixed this on my car.
Check for codes. check the TPS.
