Have to have an accurate weight to really know, and even then it's not exact.

Yah there was a scale at the track, said my car was 3450/no driver.:aigo: Thought it was gonna be heavier. I'm about 180.

I'm waiting to see if people have dyno'd and ran to compare numbers.

As long as your weight is accurate and you're using the MPH calculator, it's pretty accurate. Well, as accurate as a dyno, anyway, given that different brands of dynos will rate you with wildly different power levels.

You're making 265whp. That is my calculation.

Yah I figured in that ball park too, maybe a little more, just that with my trap speed that calculator said like 300even. That seems a bit much.

Has anyone dyno'd and ran at a track, I'm just curious if the numbers are anywhere near close.

I dyno'd 293whp (1jz) and ran a 13.6 @ 103. I can only guess that our weights are similar as I haven't weighed mine.

Mine weighs 3790lbs. with me in it and I ran 118mph at Texas. On the way to Texas I dyno'd at 491rwhp and this calculated my rwhp @ 489 so it's very accurate.

Its not accurate for me. Based off of the 1/4mile top speed it says my Honda should have 174whp. And based off of trap time is says I should have 178whp. But that car only makes 143whp.

For my Camaro its a little more accurate. Based off of 1/4mile top speed it says my car should have 339whp. And my car has 322whp.

The ones based on trap speed are generally reasonably accurate. Just note that many of them give you the answer in crank HP (the one you linked gives both).

How would it give crank HP if it doesn't ask if your running FWD/RWD/AWD ect.?
