Where does the little ~1/4" hose on the bottom of the Accordian Hose (that connects the AFM to the Turbo) run to? I can't find any place for it to go!

Down to your power steering. Take a flashlight and look at the back of the power steering pump and you'll see a valve with 2 nipples. It's hard to see because it's black and it's usually dirty down there.
