02 sensor check

hey ya'll

i'm trying to check our 02 sensors as per http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?Section=FI&Page=121

all 02 sensors i'm checking when i put the meter on those two terminals are coming out at 0.00 or 0.01

am i doing something wrong or are they all dead dead dead?

my mums supra is starting to go through horrendous petrol, seems cold start sensor is also out of spec

at idle checking VF & E1
i get 2.23 and 3.35 fluctuating

silly question, but do you have the multimeter set to voltage or resistance?

I have it set to resistance

thats just teh heater circuit, could be the heater is bad but the 02 is still god. try plugging it in without putting it in the downpipe and turn the key on, it should get hot, not sure how hot but it should definatly get noticeably hot.

check the voltage as it says, it should sweep if it does then its reading correctly, or at least the tsrm says so.
