Anyone know anything 'bout these? Any common problems or anything to that effect? I know I keep askin 'bout different cars but damn, I can't make up my mind for shit.

I know its a slow, big, sedan car but that's alright.... I just want something RELIABLE and newer. Slow is a-ok :)

Aside from oil gelling (which is avoidable by changing the oil every 3000 miles) I don't think Toyota has had much of an issue with the 2AZ-FE or 1MZ-FE engines or transmissions. But get a stick shift just in case.

From what I've seen they're pretty solid cars without any common issues to speak of, just maintain them and they seem to be very reliable and they're pretty nice to drive as well. Very smooth.

I've been doing ALOT of reading and that's kinda the consensus i'm coming to. I think I'll go find some to test drive this weekend.

Jeff, is there anyway you can check to see if the digital climate control will replace the manual knobs? I don't have any idea how deep the system integrates itself, so if its a plug an play i'd like that.

Doesn't look like it'd be that simple to change it out, I think the harnesses are different as well as the sensors and servos.

Not a quick swap I don't think.

Well Poo.

Guess I'll have to buy one with it then ;)

Anyone know if the JBL system uses a central, or individual amps?
