pump

I noticed there is power steering fluid leaking off the bottom of the pump. I checked from the top and bottom and cannot see where it is leaking from. Can the pump itself actually leak or is it most likely a hose connecting to the top of the pump leaking down onto the pump. I will have to...

Have done some searching and reading but I'm still scratching my head. Hope this is not a terribly silly question but... When does the factory oil system start to reach its limits? I have a mildy built 7M (rebuilt head, probes, eagle rods, new bearings etc) but I did not shim my new oil pump...
