Where do the hoses on the IACV or ISC valve go? I know the top two go on the throttle body but where does the bottom one go?? the one that sits over by the bottom of the intake.

So, guys, I hate my first post to be crying for help, but after a month or two of searching and replacing things I can't figure out the issue. When I bought my Supra in Feb. of 2012 it had a BHG and rod knock. No problem, I bought a JDM engine and had (supposedly) a reputable shop swap 'em out...

Is there any way to bypass the ISC vaccum line thats from the Lexus afm accordion hose ?? I have a straight pipe from my AFM to my turbo that leaves my ISC valve hanging by its self If you where woundering my engine vent ( 2 top valve cover lines ) are connected to my throttle body...
